I couldn’t sleep all night, and woke up with itchy bites all over. The room had bed bugs, and the staff didn’t seem to care or offer help. The place was disgusting and the cleanliness was unacceptable. It completely ruined my trip. I’d never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

The food was cold and bland, and the service was incredibly slow. Staff seemed uninterested in helping, while the noisy atmosphere made things uncomfortable. I expected much better from the reviews, but it didn’t live up to the hype. Also, bed bugs. I won’t return or recommend it. Very unsatisfied.

The shower pressure and temperature were outstanding, and management was exceptionally nice. We stayed five nights and got fresh towels whenever we needed them. The room was clean, and the location was good. My wife and I had a pleasant stay, bearing in mind that you get what you pay for. It’s a no-frills place that gets the job done if you’re on a budget or won’t spend much time in the room. There’s no AC in any of the units, which seems common for hotels in the area, but the fans in the room worked for us, and it gets very cold at night. We highly recommend it if your expectations fit the price.

Room 30 upstairs was clean, and the bed was clean too, even the new top cover. It was firm enough and not uncomfortable. We checked in close to 10pm by ringing the bell to get into reception. We’d booked two nights through Expedia, and the price was high, around $175 a night. Maybe that was because of the Oktoberfestivities going on? The room had a cushioned chair and a nice desk chair, handy when a couple of family members came by. For a motel, the amenities were good: a desk with a coffee maker, coffee, creamer and sugar, plus a fridge and microwave. As others mentioned, there were just six towels, two each in small, medium, and large, which was fine for us. They were clean and white. We also got two small shampoos and two soaps, so ladies, bring conditioner. There were two fans and a space heater, enough in the very temperate weather. I asked the ladies to change the towels and make the bed and gave one $5, but she cleaned the room too, which was nice. We’d stay again.
