The real highlight here is the staff. Alex at Comfort Inn was so helpful and caring that I felt at home, and the place was clean and comfortable. My car had broken down about 20 minutes away, and I was stranded looking for somewhere nearby. It was still snowing heavily, with wind gusts around 30 mph, and temperatures were dropping into the single digits. I called and told Alex I’d be walking over. She kept an eye out for me and was worried about me in that weather. When I got there, she seemed relieved I’d made it safely. That was a remarkable level of care. I highly recommend this hotel.

The price is excellent for the quality of the rooms. My girlfriend and I keep coming back because they’re the cleanest rooms we’ve seen. The two women at the front desk are really sweet, too, and make you feel at home.

Thara was especially impressive. The building was spotless when we walked in, and the staff were friendly. Our room looked gorgeous, with nice lighting and clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast had lots of choices, and the pool was clean and warm. This will definitely be our go-to hotel next time we’re in the area.

The location is fantastic, with plenty of food and other options you can walk to. Rookie's, a good Sports Bar, is right behind the hotel. The pool was clean, the staff were really nice, and the place itself was clean and comfortable with good service. Perfect!

Housekeeping was helpful, and breakfast was okay. The scrambled eggs were sometimes still really slimy and not fully cooked. Pets cost extra each night, and the fee is charged for every pet. For example, after paying for a month at the hotel, you’d also pay a month of pet fees on top of the room cost.
