Holiday Inn & Suites Chicago Northwest - Elgin

Meals felt special, with every one seeming like fine dining, and the peaceful atmosphere and striking design gave the hotel an elegant, polished feel. The service was exceptional too. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for real luxury.

Grey or "Gray" at the front desk really stood out. He noticed I'd left my ID there and went out of his way to let me know. That kind of attentiveness makes a real difference in hospitality. The night was great, and everything was clean and in order.

For our wedding weekend, the hotel was a great fit. It's only minutes from The Brix on the Fox, and our family and friends told us how comfortable their stays were. The bridal suite had plenty of space for us to get ready together, including hair and makeup, and breakfast was a lovely start to the day. Martha Ramirez was a huge help as we arranged our wedding room block at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Chicago NW Elgin. Over the nine months we worked with her, she kept us feeling supported and sure this part of the wedding would go smoothly. She replied quickly, shared detailed updates, and often anticipated what we needed before we asked. Her care and professionalism gave us peace of mind, and she made the whole process feel stress-free. The property itself is beautiful and welcoming, and the hotel team and facilities made the experience even better. We are grateful to Martha and everyone at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Chicago NW Elgin. We'd happily recommend it to couples planning a wedding nearby.

Jim was incredibly kind and helpful when our third-party booking didn't match the room shown on the website. He arranged the room we thought we'd booked. My family and I really appreciate the help and his wonderful customer service. Thank you, Jim.
