I have AuDHD (autism and adhd combined), and seeing the manager's son, who has autism, gave me relief that this is the hotel for me. I'm super happy with everything. The manager is very nice and respectful, and the gentleman at the desk was helpful and quick. I was greeted as soon as I walked in.

We've found the front desk, especially Nick, very helpful every time. The rooms are clean and the staff friendly. We'd definitely stay here again.

The staff are all friendly, the receptionists are very helpful, and housekeeping is great. Breakfast is available every morning, with a waffle maker, apples, yogurts, cereal, toast, and orange and apple juices. The room's air conditioning is fantastic, shower water temperature is fine, and the fridge and microwave are great. No complaints, and the area in Elgin is very nice.

The place was clean and nice, but I found dried blood on the sheet. Since it was late, I asked for a clean one and they brought it right up. I used that sheet for the night and asked them to replace the whole set in the morning. I had my own pillow and quilt.
