I plan to return when I'm in town for business. The location feels safe and tranquil, and the elevator is surprisingly fast. Hem and Vaishali from maintenance and the front desk handled a refrigerator repair efficiently, and I appreciated their attention. A few things could be better: there's no filtered water fill-up station, so guests have to drive to a grocery or convenience store whenever they need drinking water. The washing machine's wash cycle should be longer, or the price per use lower. The room TV has limited programming, though it does include Showtime. Complimentary internet can be unreliable, so if you're doing a lot of administrative work, maybe upgrade. Also, some guests may want to know there are no surveillance cameras monitoring the hallways. The exterior by the main entrance is often hosed down, probably to keep it looking clean.

We booked three nights through Booking.com after checking the age policy, which clearly said guests of any age could check in. But when we arrived, they refused us because I'm 17, even though my brother is 20 and the reservation was for one adult and one child. That directly contradicted the published policy. We had to find another hotel in a different city late at night. The receptionist was very kind and tried to talk with the manager, and we appreciate her effort. The manager still refused to let us stay. They offered us just one night since we were already there, which made no sense when we'd booked three. We had to cancel, and we were charged a cancellation fee even though this wasn't our fault. Hopefully we'll get the money back. If there are age restrictions, they need to be stated clearly in the rules. Saying any age is allowed and then turning guests away at night is unacceptable. A very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

The front desk staff were really friendly, though there were some stains in the bathroom. You have to ask staff for shampoo, a hair dryer, and utensils. Breakfast is basic: muffins, chocolate, cereal, or coffee.

For the price, this is one of the best extended stays we've had. Jackie at the front desk is one of the friendliest, most caring, and understanding hotel staff members I've ever met. It was busy when we arrived and there was a line to check in, but she stayed patient, welcoming, and accommodating, always smiling. She's hardworking, constantly busy with laundry as well as checking guests in and out, yet treats everyone like family even when she's tired. Thank you, JACKIE, for everything. It's been a very difficult time for me and my family, and you make things better. Thank you.
