Coffee is a hard thing. The woman told me Dunkin' Donuts was just down the road, but there's an ice storm and everything is closed. The nearest coffee was 11.1 miles away. She stayed on her phone and told me the old coffee normally costs extra. Ma'am, you work at a hotel that makes money from me, and you're choosing 6:30 for coffee? I can't choose when I wake up. Trust me, the less I have to deal with you, the better.

My family was waiting in the car, but the front desk woman showed no interest in helping with the online reservation problem I'd been struggling with for hours. I arrived at 1:00 a.m. and explained what was going on. She said website prices weren't her concern, then offered to "reserve" the ordinary two-queen room listed at $124 a night for $2,500. It wasn't a suite or anything special, and that price seemed made up. I kept trying on my phone from the lobby. Five minutes later she came over and said, “How’s the online check-in going? I can’t let you stay here because I need to go to bed.” So I left. Who treats a tired customer like that at 1:00 a.m. when they're just trying to find somewhere to rest? There are better hotels nearby with staff who are willing to help and understand basic customer service and decency.

The reception desk team deserves extra kudos. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, and we really appreciated how professional and hospitable the staff were. The rooms were great and the cleanliness was perfect. We had a great stay. Keep up the good work!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were super friendly, but security cameras are sparse: none outside and none on floors 2, 3, or 4. The adjacent hotel is a concern. People were wandering around aimlessly at 1 or 2 a.m., which didn't feel good. Lock the door bolt, get a room near the elevator, and stay away from the rooms by the stairs. Be safe.
