I stayed here for a while and didn't have any problems. The rooms are standard hotel rooms, but very clean, and housekeeping is so nice. Keniesha (probably spelled wrong) at the front office is friendly, helpful, professional, and nice. Prices are reasonable, and stores, restaurants, and the mall are all within walking distance. They said renovations are coming soon.

James made a real difference during my stay. He welcomed me, handled check-in smoothly, and was professional and helpful throughout. He also shared local recommendations and paid attention to making sure everything was right. It's rare to meet someone so committed to guests. Thanks, James, you're a huge asset to the hotel!

Ms. Jewel has been wonderful with housekeeping during my stay. She makes sure the room is spotless and that we have what we need, including clean towels and rags. She's always kind, professional, attentive to details, and greets us with a smile. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it makes a real difference in how well guests are cared for. Thank you, Ms. Jewel, for your dedication and kindness. You deserve the recognition.

Housekeeper Jewel Howard went out of her way to keep my room clean and make sure I had everything I needed. She was attentive and kind, and made the stay more enjoyable. The staff were welcoming and friendly from the time I arrived. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

James was cheerful and really helpful, and I had to leave him a review. He suggested restaurants in the area and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. Huge thanks to James and the staff for their help. Kudos!
