We ended up here because of an emergency, and the woman running the place was so compassionate and sweet. She helped us a lot. The heat wasn't working well, so she moved us to another room that was warm and clean. I highly recommend the manager. She's professional and kind.

This place was horrible. The air conditioning didn't work properly and left the floor wet, and the light over the sink was out. I told them three times and nothing was done. We stayed a week, and they cleaned the room only once, leaving no towels or toilet paper. When I went to ask for a towel, they refused, saying they'd given me two a couple of days earlier.
