InTown Suites Extended Stay Chicago IL - Elk Grove/O'Hare

The road noise is loud, the rooms are dated, and the staff were extremely rude. Housekeeping only made the bed, without changing the sheets or sweeping. They also left no clean towels or toilet paper, so I went down to ask for some. The woman at the desk snapped that I had to wash my own towels and buy my own toilet paper. What kind of hotel expects guests to do that? I wouldn’t stay here. It’s not worth it.

We stayed for a week, then extended to two and a half weeks, and really enjoyed our time here. It’s clean, fairly quiet, and there were no bugs, which was a big plus. The reception staff were always smiling, super friendly, and helpful. Thanks for all you do, ladies. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The garden is beautifully decorated and gives the property a warm, homey feel you don’t usually find at an extended-stay hotel. Delilah at the front desk is welcoming, kind, and always willing to help. Andelika manages the property with care, keeping things organized and pleasant. The whole team helps create such an inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend staying here.

Everyone I dealt with treated me like a friend, and I felt so at home I almost didn’t want to leave. Two lovely women greeted me at the front desk as though we already knew each other. They were warm, polite, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I’d recommend this as the best hotel to stay at.
