The rooms were musty and the Wi-Fi was bad. The manager seems drunk all the time, and when there's a problem and you ask to speak to the owner, she won't pass on a message or give you his contact information.

My mom was constantly harassed by the older woman who ran the place. Later, we found out that this woman had gone into my mom's room earlier that day, seen her lying on the floor, and simply turned around and left. My mom had suffered a stroke, and 23 days later she died. How could you walk away when someone needed medical help? YOUR A TERRIBLE PERSON!

The owners, Debbie and Keith, are so kind and gracious, and the newly renovated Landmark Motel is a real travel gem. Elk River is a sweet little town with plenty to see and do, and this place is the cherry on top. Everything was so, so good, with lots of extras. My husband and I love The Landmark Motel and will come back as often as we can. Thank you!

I paid just $240 a week to stay there for a short while, and it was worth every bit. The staff and neighbors were so friendly. It's easily the best place I've ever lived, and I wish I could go back in time!

I've stayed in several of the rooms, and each has its own cozy feel. The location is really convenient, right off hwy 10, and I even had a window with a river view. The owners are very nice and personable.
