AmericInn by Wyndham Elkhorn Near Lake Geneva

My son had a blast fishing right outside the motel. The room was beautiful and clean, with a great view and a shower that felt like a massage. They let us check in early since I’d worked all night. The pool room was nice, and the service was friendly.

The lobby has a comfortable, clean sitting area, and I liked the fireplace there. My room was spotless too, with well-made beds, a clean bathroom and a fresh scent. The staff were helpful and very nice. Had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Just stayed one night while passing through. The front desk man was friendly, helpful and knew his stuff. Our room was in good shape, nicely furnished, clean and stocked with plenty of towels. The pool and hot tub area was nice, with pool towels and a clean bathroom with a shower. Breakfast was free and nice, though the eating area was small.

The pool area was dangerously slippery, and I found bugs in the second room they moved me to. In the first room, one bed had light pink stains and the other had white stains. They offered a room change or clean sheets, but the beds were old and uncomfortable. I asked for a refund and was told no. I felt bad for the girl at the front desk, but she told me herself she wouldn’t stay there and suggested I contact my credit card company. I have photos, but I’m not sure how to upload them.
