The location was convenient and the pictures made it look decent, so I took a deal on a room to sleep during the day after my third shift. Renovations at home were too loud for me to rest, and I planned to leave for work once I’d slept. Instead, there were water puddles on the bathroom floor, many broken fixtures, and bugs and mice. The room wasn’t clean, and the pests made me feel unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re comfortable dealing with pests and feeling insecure.

There were mice and roaches, and the rooms were disgusting. You have to beg for a fridge, microwave, or towels, and the rooms haven’t been updated in over five years. The “manager” takes people’s money, according to my experience, and won’t give receipts when asked. Even if you show bank transactions proving you paid, he still says you didn’t. I won’t stay again unless there’s new management and everything gets updated.

No. Absolutely not. We were stranded after our car broke down and needed somewhere cheap and quick, even though our Uber driver had warned us. We thought we were ready for the worst, but the Travel Lodge room we got, #304, should have been considered a biohazard. The towels smelled old, the sink pipes leaked, and the toilet and shower had stains and substances we couldn’t identify. There was dust, dirt, hair, grime, and dead bugs everywhere. If we hadn’t been stranded, we would have called CDC. We didn’t shower, used the bathroom as carefully as we could, and pulled apart the bed so we could sleep just on the sheets. At least Friends was on.

I stayed one night and found old, crusty French fries in a drawer, roaches everywhere, no towels, and a broken shower. It was the most disgusting room I’ve ever seen. They wouldn’t refund my money or even try to fix the problem. Don’t stay here. It’s basically a homeless shelter that costs $$$.
