The front desk service was great, as was the location, and the bed was comfortable. Still, there were roaches in room 109 and a constant clicking sound in the bathroom all night. Housekeeping banged on the door at 10am to clean and woke us, even though we weren’t checking out that day. After reading other reviews, I didn’t raise it with the desk because I assumed I wouldn’t be heard. Guess you get what you pay for.

Zain had a nasty attitude. My company had taken care of my stay, but I was kicked out and he lied, saying he didn’t know about the company. I’d been told they use this hotel a lot. He did the same thing to another customer, telling her he couldn’t find her reservation. I’ll never come back. The hotel workers NEED TO DO BETTER!!!!

The rooms were dirty, and the sheets and blankets were discolored and had dirt on them. I asked for another room but was told none were available, even though we passed several empty rooms. They said only housekeeping could get us clean sheets and blankets. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The room was okay for the price, with fairly modern furniture and a flat-screen TV on the wall. The bathroom felt dated and could have been cleaner. There was a strong marijuana smell, so I sprayed the room with Lysol. Some paper lamp shades were broken, and the smoke detector was hanging off the wall. Those seem like easy fixes. I didn’t expect frills at a budget hotel, but I did expect a cleaner, better-maintained room. I’m fine with old-fashioned, but cleanliness and upkeep matter. Booking online made check-in easy, and the front desk person was exceptionally friendly.
