TownePlace Suites Clovis

I deeply regret booking a two-bedroom suite here for the night. It was filthy. The walls and shower curtain had what looked like snot on them, the carpet was wrecked, and the floors were covered in lint and dog hair. It seemed like no one had cleaned since this TownePlace opened. What a disappointment, Marriott. I don’t know how this hotel can be run like this. Whoever manages it should at least be suspended or fired for letting it get so unpresentable. If I could give zero stars, I would. Please avoid it. Truly disappointed, Alicia

It was quiet, kid-friendly, and good value, which made the trip more relaxing. The location was convenient, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We also found the service friendly and helpful. Exactly what we needed on the road. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

Ron at the front desk welcomed us warmly and was very friendly. He also suggested a great place for dinner. The room was clean, and the hallways smelled clean too. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

This is our annual stop, but we’ll likely switch. The rooms were clean, though some lightbulbs were out. The place is a bit off the beaten path, the staff seemed inattentive, and they played video games at a table the whole time. There wasn’t any hot coffee.
