Staff were friendly, and most rooms have kitchens. The gym was nice, with three treadmills and three benches with free weights. There’s a Chik fil a being built next door. Nothing fancy, but it’s a good hotel. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is the TV. In every room I’ve stayed in, the picture has lost its color and looks faded blue, so watching anything is terrible. Everything else was good.

We’ve stopped here every year, but this time left disappointed and aren’t sure we’ll keep coming back. The hotel seemed dated, and the bedding was sparse, just a sheet. Some in-room amenities seem to have disappeared, so we had to go downstairs several times for basics. The staff accommodated us, but weren’t friendly. Sad.

Sammie at the front desk was fantastic and professional. With a full hotel on a holiday weekend and several guests checking in, he did his best to get everyone settled promptly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel met our expectations for this caliber: accommodating, a good night’s sleep, and basic decor. But the bed in room 319 was HORRIBLE!!!! It had almost no support, and I could feel the springs through the padding. If the other rooms have the same mattresses, Marriott, please please please replace them.

The place looks a little dated, but it’s clean and well maintained. The staff are welcoming, the beds are comfortable, and the showers are hot. Since Towne Plaza Suites in Clovis, California is an extended stay property, rooms have a refrigerator, dishes, dishwasher, and cooktop. There’s also a fitness center, swimming pool, business center, and laundromat.

Kool hotel, with clean rooms and awesome staff. The breakfast sucked, so I gave it a 4. For the wages of sin is death but the free gift of GOD is eternal life in Christ JESUS our Lord.
