That snack-filled common area was such a nice place to relax when we arrived. We were traveling around for college tours and chose a bed and breakfast instead of another chain hotel, which turned out to be a great call. Pat and Tom made us feel so welcome, and breakfast was delicious. The room was lovely too, especially the wonderfully soft, luxurious towels. I hope we can come back.

Pat and Tom were such fun to talk with, and Pat cooked us a delicious gluten-free breakfast with homemade waffles and scones. The kitchen is gorgeous, too. It all made for a real storybook, five-star bed and breakfast stay.

The house is lovely, the bed was very comfortable, and the food was delicious. Pat and Tom were wonderful hosts. We found Chapel Valley Estates after all the local hotels were booked during our trip to Ellwood City to visit family. What a lucky find. We’ll be back on our next visit!

The hot breakfast was amazing, and we really enjoyed talking with Pat and Tom before we checked out. They’re incredible hosts, and you can tell they care a lot about their guests. My wife and I stayed in the cozy, beautifully decorated Cottage Loft for a little anniversary getaway. We made good use of the jacuzzi tub, too. We’ll definitely book with them again, and I can’t recommend the place enough.

We stayed two nights for my niece’s wedding rehearsal dinner. It’s a beautiful place with everything you need, and the hosts were so nice and welcoming. Breakfast was great. I’d definitely recommend it.
