Stay Beyond Inn & Suites

The rooms are nice and it’s a good hotel, but the walls are pretty thin. I could hear my neighbors talking, even though they sounded like they were just having a normal conversation.

The room was roomy and so clean, you wouldn’t know dogs are allowed in every room. My daughter and I especially liked the sitting window overlooking the courtyard and BBQ family area. We had a decent breakfast with enough variety for everyone to find an option, and both the staff and other guests were friendly, including their dogs. I stayed here on my brother’s recommendation since it’s just a few minutes from his home, near coffee, gas, and a grocery store. Great for a family trip with a pet, and close to amenities. Definitely recommend!

At $140 a night, I expected at least a mini fridge. There wasn’t one or a microwave, and the young man at the desk said they didn’t have them, though there were ice machines. There was no phone in the room to call for a later checkout, either, and the bathroom outlet didn’t work. The beds were comfy and the service was good, but I’d suggest adding mini fridges and phones. I’d booked the night before an early morning hospital procedure because the location was perfect. The young man who greeted us was really nice and helpful. When we found dirty bedding and dust rags still in the first room, I told him he should come see it. He agreed it should have been clean, moved us to another room, and helped carry our things over. If you want a room with nothing in it, this is the perfect hotel.

Nothing was wrong or out of the ordinary, which is a win for an average two star hotel. The woman who welcomed us at the front desk was delightful to talk to and very helpful. I never got her name, but she seemed to have worked there for a while.
