Breakfast and the service were perfect, and the main house has incredible decor. We stayed in the Bunk House, where every little detail felt taken care of. Sitting in the jacuzzi and gazing over the plains was wonderfully relaxing. We were visiting from New York for a few days in Kansas, and Clover Cliff made for a lovely getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved exploring the grounds, though it was a little nippy out on the open plains this time of year. From our Lincoln Honeymoon Suite, we enjoyed the quiet and privacy, with period furnishings and modern comforts like WiFi and a flat-screen TV. The restored Victorian stone home, begun in 1860, was spotless and full of character. Susie was warm and gracious, and shared stories about the ranch’s history. Breakfast on the enclosed veranda was delicious, with fresh options, great coffee, and lovely views across the hills and valleys. The ranch covers over 4,000 acres of rolling Flint Hills prairie. We saw bison in the distance, beautiful sunsets, and a sky full of stars. It’s a memorable place to unplug, enjoy nature, or take photos. This was one of our most relaxing Kansas getaways. We’d love to return in spring for the wildflowers or in fall for the colors. Five stars!

The buffalo grazing on the front lawn while we ate breakfast in the solarium was breathtaking. Our two-year-old also had a wonderful time, which made the stay even more special. We made s’mores by the fireplace in the adjacent building, one of our favorite memories from the trip. The sausage and potato casserole at breakfast was comforting and full of flavor. Inside, the home felt warm and inviting, with thoughtful details throughout. Its striking empire-style stone architecture stood out as soon as we arrived. Clover Cliff Ranch gave us memories we’ll cherish, and we hope to return soon.

The breakfast was a real treat, and the house was beautifully decorated and well cared for. We spent one night here while road-tripping through Kansas and were pleased with everything. Definitely recommend!

We had our annual banquet at Clover Cliff Ranch this past weekend, and everyone was great to work with. Susie, her husband, and the staff made everything easy. The venue would be a beautiful place for a wedding in the Flint Hills. I highly recommend it to couples looking for a place to hold their event.
