OYO Hotel Eloy/ Casa Grande near I-10

I do construction and have stayed here off and on for years. The beds are clean and comfortable, and there's always hot water for a shower. The new owners took over this month, and they're respectful and make sure you're well looked after. Rates are the cheapest around here, with extra discounts for extended weekly stays. I'd definitely recommend it.

The shower was a highlight, with strong pressure and reliably hot water, just right for a long steamy shower after a hard day. My room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the beds made it easy to sleep well. I had an excellent stay at MHO Hotel in Eloy and would happily come back. If you're after a comfortable place in Eloy, AZ with clean rooms and a relaxing atmosphere, I recommend MHO Hotel Eloy.

I was refunded, but the experience was upsetting and discriminatory. I came to check in with my trained service dog, not an ESA, and was told there'd be a $25 fee and a $75 deposit. Fees or deposits for a service animal aren't allowed under ADA guidelines. The front desk staff also asked what kind of service dog he is. I explained that the only two questions allowed under ADA guidance are whether the dog is required because of a disability and what task he has been trained to perform. Even so, the staff called the owner. After I said I would leave an honest review, I was told I couldn't stay. If you travel with a service animal, I strongly recommend choosing another hotel.

Cassidy made check-in a delight, and can make a mean pot of coffee. Kashen, the owner, was just as nice to talk with. A few late-night cups of coffee turned into new friendships. MHO Hotel is easy to get on and off from I-10, and the price was pleasant too, with rooms costing nearly half the average rate. Our room hadn't been fully remodeled, so the wear of an older building needing some TLC showed. With Kashen as the new owner, though, he seems to be making good progress. My one suggestion would be a shower head with better pressure. We'll definitely stay at our friends' place, MHO, next trip.
