Our car broke down, so we needed a last-minute place to stay. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the room was clean and very comfortable. The restaurant at the end of the driveway was very good, too. The truck stop shop had anything you might need.

I was tired from travelling, and this roadside motel was a great place to stop. Sure, you hear road noise here, as you would at any roadside motel, but I slept for 12 hours. Everything is brand new, from the bed and furniture to the floor, shower, and sink. The decor is great, and the TV is bigger than average. I turned up the sheet in my photo so you can see the nice new mattress I slept so well on. Excuse the mess in the photo. Five stars for a roadside motel.

The room was only $125 for the night, and at just 2 hours from state college, it was a great value compared with the $400 hotels by campus. I was traveling east on I80 for the penn state football game, and this was a perfect stop. I loved the room and its setup, with a bit of that old motel feel. Everything was clean and updated. I was told the owners also own the truck stop, and you can tell there's good ownership.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the rooms are always clean. I find this lodge very accommodating for its size and location, so I’d give everything four stars. My only issue from my last few stays is that the internet service is basically nonexistent. They need to update it.
