We booked three nights, managed one, then checked out the next morning and went somewhere else. My wife and I didn't feel safe. There were long-term residents, loud music coming from several rooms, and the front desk clerk was rude. The renovated rooms in the photos don't show the rest of the hotel, which looks like work was abandoned halfway through. Our room wasn't clean: food was splattered on the wall near the microwave, it smelled like old food, and the bathroom door wouldn't close. It may be cheap, but I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I'm grateful the hotel gave my wife a full refund, but I'd tell solo female travelers to skip this location. She decided not to stay within minutes of arriving for a short-notice trip I'd booked. Her room was unlocked because the key-processing apparatus was broken, and the online photos didn't reflect the place accurately. Signs said staff wouldn't bring extra towels or other items to rooms for their safety, which made her wonder whether they felt unsafe too. When she left, she asked the front desk to walk her to the car. A half-naked man beside it seemed to be on drugs or having a mental breakdown.

We left as soon as we checked in. The room had a broken door, so we didn't feel safe staying overnight. It was filthy too: dirty sheets, a dirty toilet and soap dispenser, small bugs covering the wall, and a slippery floor that seemed to have some kind of oil on it. The room smelled of weed and cigarettes. Before arriving, we called more than ten times to say we'd be late after leaving the airport, but nobody answered. When we got there, the employee had closed our reservation, so I had to make a new one and was charged again. I don't know whether the location refunded me. When I called the next morning, the employee was rude and not helpful. I wouldn't recommend this room to anyone. I'd give zero stars if I could.

The hotel says it's 100% smoke free, but the lobby reeked of weed and cigarettes. The woman at the front counter was friendly, though barely presentable. Finding a parking space in the small lot was hard, and there were sketchy people around, including a homeless man living in his car and asking for money. I lasted about 15 minutes in the room. The bed was dirty, with black spots and a black stain line under the blanket. My room was above the outdoor smoking area, where I heard arguing and yelling the whole time. Thankfully they gave me a refund. I'd never stay again.
