Hotel O Englewood-South Denver CO

The heater in my room never worked, but I was being charged over $400 a week. Staff took my things, kicked me out, and still owe me a refund they said they would send. It never came. The service was shitty. I’m a manager and a law student, and I’m going to file a complaint with the BBB. I’ve also filed one with the city. Stay away.

My family and I needed just one night while traveling for our mom’s funeral. The website showed availability, but then they called to say there was nowhere to stay. I told them to cancel, yet they still charged a no-show or cancellation fee. Now the company wants to keep our money. I couldn’t reach anyone in customer service. They don’t seem to care about helping customers. Greedy liars, taking people’s money.

I called to book, and got routed to national customer service, which is based in India. It was hard to communicate with people who didn’t understand English. They quoted $370 a week, way too much for a hotel that looks this run-down. I could seriously find something better.

The photos made the building look very different from what we found in person. It was much more run-down and sketchy, and the whole place felt awful. We didn’t feel safe, so we canceled and stayed somewhere else.
