The breakfast had good choices and enough room, and we liked the pool. The hotel was okay, but odd noises from somewhere kept us from sleeping, and six bags of trash sitting outside the side entrance were disgusting. For the price, it's acceptable, though there are better places nearby. Our Thanksgiving stay wasn't great. The room felt cramped because it was longer than most hotel rooms. The king bed was comfortable, but it got so staticky that it was unpleasant; the pullout bed was good. We asked for sheets for it and another key since we'd only been given one. The woman at the desk was snarky and said we'd have to wait because the sheets weren't ready. Another male staff member was wonderful.

The staff at the front desk were all friendly and professional. The rooms are a good size, the shower is amazing, and the beds have a firm feel with just enough softness. It's a great spot for IKEA and good places to eat, and close enough to Denver without being right in the city.

For my first proper hotel stay, this was a nice place. The room looked great, the bed was comfortable, and I got plenty of rest. The shower had strong pressure too. We were only there for one night, but I'd come back for a night or two.

The breakfast was actually nice, with sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast, coffee, and juice. The USB outlets worked, and we didn't see any bed bugs. Still, the dirty bedding, broken appliances, out of service amenities, and poor service made this a very disappointing stay. We feel some of what we paid should be refunded. This place can do better, or lower its prices. For what it cost, this is unbelievable, and we probably won't return. The hotel told us the pool, jacuzzi, and gym were out of service, and a man at the front desk said all the in-room jacuzzis were turned off too. That turned out not to be true. The jacuzzi and shower were the only perks. Both room fans were broken, and the mini fridge was plugged in but didn't work. Every set of bedding we checked had visible stains, including what looked like old blood on the fresh ones. The comforter had faint black shoe marks that still should have been cleaned. There were light but visible footprints in the shower, the headboard was very greasy or dirty, and the curtains were ripped. Parking was tight and the lot was small. I used to work in a hotel, so I knew to ask for clean bedding, but the replacements were stained as well. We used our own pillows because I couldn't trust the room ones were clean. The bed was bouncy, and we hoped we could sleep. The lot was small, and I was told breakfast ran from 6 to 9 am. At the time, I said I'd update in the morning.
