The price and location are the best parts. Staff are okay, but unless you ask for toiletries or linen, they won’t come by with them each day. It’s been overcrowded during the two weeks we’ve been here. No bugs or junkies, but I had to buy a mini heater because they wouldn’t fix ours properly.

Housekeeping has been very poor, especially in the extended-stay rooms. If you pay by the week, your room is supposed to be serviced twice weekly, but in the three weeks I’ve been here I’ve had service maybe three times, and once I had to do it myself. Today I handed the housekeeper all the towels from my room and asked for clean ones. When I came back, there was only one bath towel, so I had to go get more.

There was a 15-minute wait to check in because nobody was at the front desk. The door lock and latch didn’t work properly, and although I had a non-smoking room, it smelled terrible. I travel often and stay in plenty of hotels, and this was a really poor experience. The location was convenient, but I can’t recommend it.

The location is convenient, but the rooms were old, outdated, and smelled old, and we didn’t feel safe. We kept an eye on our car. The green space around the hotel was covered in piles of dog feces, which was nasty. We’ve stayed twice, but we’re taking it off our list.
