I called to ask about room availability and rates for my husband, who travels for work and will be in the area for a while. I wanted to confirm the price and whether rooms had kitchenettes, since what’s listed online hasn’t always matched what we got in person before. The woman who answered was extremely rude. She asked if I knew what hotel I’d called, told me I could look at bookings online, and wanted to know which hotel I was calling from to get her prices. I was trying to arrange a solid weekly booking for at least six months. That’s fine, we’ll take our business and money elsewhere.

Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean, with no complaints from me. I had a good stay at Heartland Lodge, and the prices are great. I definitely recommend it.

Heartland Lodge was clean and well maintained, and I had a good stay. The new owners, Sanjay and his wife, were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

All the rooms are on the ground floor, and mine had a big walk-in shower, dresser drawers, a mini fridge with freezer, and a microwave. They let you cook in the room if you bring your own cooking things. The rooms were clean and modern, the staff were friendly, and they even let me check in early. I’m glad I heard about this place.

The room was clean, and the maid brought fresh towels daily. The property was quiet, safe, and well lit, and the prices were lower than on my last visit. I also met the owners, whose customer service was amazing, and the new manager was professional and friendly. This was a very pleasant return after my earlier stay in March 2018. Back then there was a cat problem and housekeeping was inconsistent. I learned that new owners and management had taken over and was pleasantly surprised by the changes. The rooms are being upgraded too. Everyone should visit Heartland while passing through Enid.
