My husband called after I broke my ankle in Yellowstone and explained what had happened. They had a room ready, let us check in earlier than usual, and came out to help me from the car to the room so I’d be comfortable. Really great customer service.

We hadn’t planned to stop here, but we were too tired to keep driving and what a nice surprise it turned out to be. Ted was friendly, the room was spotless, and the beds were so comfortable. Best night’s sleep we’ve had on this trip so far.
