We left immediately. I’d asked for a nonsmoking room, but it reeked of cigarettes, as if someone had just smoked in it. The door was jammed and barely opened, shut, or locked. The sheets, pillowcases, and blankets had tears and stains. The bedside table still had grime, dust, and water rings from drinks, and there was a huge pile of vomit or something on the bed and carpet that didn’t look wiped up at all. There was no TV, even though the photos show TVs in the rooms. They put us at the far end of the building, completely alone. As a single mom with my two daughters, I didn’t feel safe there. The men in the lobby were watching videos on their phones and barely seemed to notice I was there. This property shouldn’t be in use. Truly disgusting. I’ll be contacting the BBB.

The rooms are dated, and mine had no toilet paper when I arrived. They advertise breakfast, but all they offer is coffee. That’s completely false advertising.

The staff were friendly, but they warned me not to book the online deal because those rooms were bad. The rooms they put me in were bad too. None had the air on, and it was 84 degrees. The first had no remote, and the TV didn’t work anyway. Its comforter had big holes. I tried four more rooms: three had no TV at all. I finally found one where the air worked and the beds looked okay, so I moved my things there. The TV had sound but wouldn’t focus, and the bathtub and shower were filthy. I was too tired to move again. They seemed to care more about getting a nightly rental than the customer. I booked two rooms. Instead of the $63 online rate with free breakfast, I paid $75 for just coffee. I wonder how bad those online rooms were, though I suspect all the rooms are bad and they just wanted the higher rate, reviews be damned. Travelers beware. 👎

They took my $200 before telling me I had to be 21 to book a room. I couldn’t get any information until I walked in with a man. Thieves.

This was the worst place I’ve stayed. I’ve traveled across America as a trucker and merchant mariner, and this place had mold, roaches, rude staff, and horrible rooms.
