Fairfield Inn & Suites Enterprise

I've stayed at hundreds of hotels over the past decade and have been a Marriott Titanium member, but this Fairfield has repeatedly messed up the Bonvoy credit on my account. A colleague booked rooms for our group through the Marriott app. I gave the hotel my name and Bonvoy number at check-in, then confirmed them several times the next day. They say they've attached both to the reservation, yet refuse to issue a receipt showing my name and number. The customer service has been awful. Marriott corporate should look into this.

The staff made the stay especially good. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and we plan to stop here next time we're in town. It's also an easy place to stay while traveling through Enterprise, with restaurants and businesses within walking distance. The rooms feel modern and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend making it a stop.

I found a roach on the wall and killed it. Breakfast was hot and nice on Sunday, though it had been cold on Saturday. The bottled milk was spoiled, even though its expiration date was still within range.

Breakfast was great, and the front desk staff were kind and helpful. We'd stay again. My only issue was housekeeping: during our five-day stay, they didn't come to clean until the day before we left. We had to get fresh towels from the desk, even after asking housekeeping for them. They could use a bit more direction.
