Best Western Rama Inn

The room was clean and quiet, and otherwise everything was fine. But the hot tub was out of order too, on top of the pool, whose closure I already knew about from the website. I needed the tub for my back after a three-hour drive, and honestly it was the main reason I picked this hotel. I wish its outage had been posted like the pool's.

The night desk gentleman, who I think was Nick, made me feel welcome and was attentive. I wish I could be sure of his name, but I left the paper with it at home when writing this ✍️. In the morning he had cooked a delicious breakfast for me and all the construction workers staying there. It was a great visit!

We booked two rooms for our family, and the desk staff managed to put them next to each other when we asked on arrival. We really appreciated that. Breakfast was delicious, and the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were all spotless. Worth every dollar, and we'll definitely come back!

We drove here from CA on 08/01/25. I'm originally from the Seattle area, though I'd moved to CA for 3 years. Our 13-hour drive stretched to 20, and the hotel kept in touch by text to ask if we needed anything. They understood by phone that I was running late and checked us in, even though we didn't arrive until early morning. Everyone was prompt, kind, and respectful, and helped with whatever we needed. The rooms were huge, the shower pressure was great, and the beds were super comfortable. Housekeeping was amazing too. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
