They made us leave on the second day, with no good explanation, even though we'd paid for four nights. Then they refused to refund the two nights they wouldn't let us use. I told them my three-year-old and I were homeless and this was the last money I had. They didn't care. This was just a few days before Christmas. I'll sleep in my car before I ever go back.

The first stay seemed like decent value, and the place was clean without any bad smell. We planned to return if we were in the area, but after coming back on 10/18, I wouldn't stay again. The same front desk gentleman was rude and curt, and the manager barely apologized when things went wrong. The second room was on the same floor, and the TV gave us trouble again. Nobody was at the desk to help. The drinks they sold were expired, though after checking through the selection we found some that weren't. The broken bathroom fan left a moldy, stale-carpet smell. At 7:30 a.m. the toilet backed up for no clear reason; there was no one on site, and after waiting 20 minutes in the lobby I got a plunger that barely worked. Paint was peeling from the bathroom ceiling, the mirrors were dirty, and the floors were sticky. On our first visit, the pool was apparently closed for the season, the TV didn't work despite an hour of trying, and mold had grown on the bathroom ceiling around the broken fan. The building also needed repairs, with tape holding up hallway murals and water damage below the windows. Still, it was clean then, and the price was good for what was offered. This time around soured the whole experience.

The staff were nice, and the breakfast was the usual hotel kind. It's close to the interstate, and the place was clean. But my room looked straight out onto an overhang, so I got no sunlight, which I really like. The carpet was coming apart in pieces, and the bathrooms need updating. A coat of paint around the building would help too.

I was there at the start of my travel assignment, from 10/26/25 to 11/5/25. The manager was nice, but the rest of them were terrible, including the GM. As a professional, this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It looked nothing like the pictures. Thank goodness I found an apartment through furnished finder for the rest of my contract. This deserves a minus-zero-star rating. Wouldn't recommend it.
