FRONTDESK NoHo Flats at North Hyde Park Apts Tampa

We really enjoy living at NOHO flats. Our renovated apartment is beautiful and had very few problems, and we’re in a quiet part of the property. It's fun to see the NOHO cat around. Samantha and Waynnisha helped us a lot when our move-in date came while we were out of state. They answered emails, called, explained what we needed to know, and made the move-in go smoothly. We also took two tours, and they made room for both my boyfriend and me, along with our families. The move-in experience was fantastic.

Glad to be back at my favorite community in Tampa. The location and amenities are hard to beat, and the resident events are always fun, with some delicious food too. The management team is amazing. Shout-out to Samantha, Way, and Destiny, and special thanks to Wilson for communicating so well and responding quickly. You're all the best!

I had a great tour with Kaidyn. She showed us the facilities, answered all my questions, and kept things comfortable and upbeat. The facilities were as advertised, too.

The leasing agents were very friendly, but applying was a complete mess. Their website took days to fix before we could apply. The new application then had the wrong lease term and a higher price. After they finally sorted out the system glitch, they told us we needed a security deposit of over $3,000 because our credit history wasn't long enough, even though our scores were good and our monthly income was more than enough. Given our age, they should have pointed this out earlier. We wasted about $600 on this place and never got any holding fees back. If you're young, don't apply unless you want to spend an extra $3,000.
