Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Erlanger - Cincinnati South

I've stayed at this Inn several times, and I still recommend it if the price seems reasonable. This January the room was $100 a night, plus $25 for my dog. Room #131 was freezing at first, and it took half the night to warm up enough to relax, though I stayed a second night and had a great time. It had the usual TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee, and a great shower. We ate at the nearby Waffle house since the motel wasn't offering room service. I haven't stayed in a room in a long time.

The room was filthy, with dirty bathroom flooring, rust in the tub, and visible dirt on the chair arms. The carpet throughout was badly stained, and the whole place smelled moldy and musty. The TV looked about ten years old and couldn't stream or use apps. That's not a huge deal on its own, but these days hotels usually have that. The guys at the counter didn't speak good English. We were worried about bedbugs and didn't feel comfortable sleeping there, so we left that night and drove home. If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't waste your money. There are other nearby hotels that I'm sure are better for a similar price.

The place smelled bad, the room was dirty, and the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom trash hadn't been changed, the beds were made messily, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the bathroom door wouldn't close. At breakfast there was hair in the gravy. There was mold on the balcony too. Staff were disrespectful and accused us of not paying, which led to the cops being called. The cop was rude and stayed on their side the whole time. I also heard someone else complain about their room. Worst hotel ever, with such bitchy staff. I'll never stay again.

I stayed on 10/16 and wasn't satisfied. The room was dirty and the sheets were stained, so I had them replace the linens on both beds. The bathroom was gross too. I won't stay at another Country Inn.
