Escalante Grand Resort

We were there pretty late, so I didn’t get to see the place in daylight or check out all the services. Still, it seems like a nice spot, and the owners seem to care about the little details. There’s a kids’ play area outside the laundry room, plus a sauna, a little library for while you wait, and laundry with a change machine and sink, along with restrooms and showers. I’ve had several laundromat stops while traveling, and this one was awesome. The showers would be great for anyone dispersed camping. If we pass through again, we’d absolutely stop.

The resort was reasonably priced, and the area around it was very scenic. I made a quick trip from Denver in the off season, so most amenities weren’t ready or working because of winter. I came to see rocks, though, and saw plenty of rocks 😁

I haven't stayed here, but I do come in for laundry. The employees are always helpful and kind. It looks like an awesome place to stay, with great amenities, clean showers, nice campsites and cabins, and a wellness area. Seems good for kids too.

The cabin was comfortable and clean, and the scenery was gorgeous. Great coffee, and a great bidet too! Beautiful resort in a lovely part of town. I’ll stay again. Every camping spot should have bidets!
