We had a beautiful cabin that worked perfectly for our plans in the Grand Staircase region. The owners were generous enough to let us check in early because a family member was sick. We really appreciated that kindness and would love to come back. Victoria Betz

Months after our stay, I found a $750 charge from the owners on my credit card. I managed to get it reversed, but I didn’t feel they had treated me honestly. There were other frustrations too: the checkout list was so tedious it hardly felt like a vacation, and I wondered what the cleaning fee covered after doing all those tasks. The website listed a $100 cleaning fee, then it became $125 once I’d booked. This left a very bad impression.

We had a great few days in a cabin in a great location. August heat was a bit much for me, but that’s my only complaint. Highly recommend.
