The hallways smelled bad, and the pool area was freezing. The kids didn’t mind, but I was really cold. We also had to change rooms because the tub in the first one wouldn’t drain. The rooms were otherwise fine, breakfast was good, and the price was worth it.

I never got past the lobby because the front desk told me they had no hot tub room, despite the third-party booking saying that was what I’d reserved. The desk attendant told me to contact the booking company for a refund, which I did. Three weeks later, the company said the hotel manager refused to refund me because the room had been used. I was furious to be charged after being misled, and the manager’s refusal to fix it made things worse. This felt like a scam, so be careful booking here.

The kids enjoyed the pool, but the rest of the stay was rough. The front desk attendant said most of housekeeping had called in, and it showed: our room was very outdated, there was mold on the lamp post, the beds were sloppily made, and debris covered the lobby floor. Breakfast was a joke, with decent waffles but almost everything else gone. I’d never stay here again, and I usually try not to leave negative reviews, but this was that bad. Management needs to do much better. $191 for one night in that mess? Oof.

Nice hotel for a reasonable price, and both the hot tub and pool were at a perfect temperature. They ran out of pool towels, though, and the front desk clerk didn’t seem too concerned when we mentioned it. We got up too late for breakfast, but that didn’t bother us.
