The sofa bed is the one reason I wouldn't stay again if we needed to use it. There's no mattress, just the back of the couch folded over, so our hockey team called it the cement bed. It's awful. The regular bed was comfortable, though, and the hotel was clean with a good breakfast. The staff and services were great otherwise.

We were in the area for business and wanted an affordable, simple place for the night. The room was spacious and very clean, and the whole property felt well maintained. The hotel is also nicely decorated and furnished, and we found the stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was a perfect fit for us. We'll be doing more business nearby and will definitely stay again.

The staff were helpful, and the prices were moderate. Breakfast is included every day of the week. It's a clean, modern all-suite hotel in a suburban area, right next to a large outdoor shopping plaza with several restaurants. Rooms range from junior suites to one- or two-bedroom suites with full kitchens.

For all the traveling I do, this was the worst shower I've had. The water pressure was barely better than a slow drip, and hardly anything came out of the shower head. I dreaded showering during my three days there. I would never stay again.

The staff were lovely and friendly from the moment we entered the lobby, and the hotel was immaculate and comfortable. Its location is hard to beat for Estero and the surrounding area. We've had another wonderful experience here, and highly recommend this gem for a relaxing escape to Florida's West Coast. We're on the East Coast and hope to return as soon as possible. Until next time.
