Quality Inn near Rocky Mountain National Park

We were glad to find a spacious room with a loft, separate bedroom, and bathroom, plus plenty of hot and cold choices at the free breakfast. The front desk gentleman helped sort out a couple of small issues. With a great spot near RMNP and downtown, it was just right for our Estes Park weekend. We'd stay again.

The mountain scenery and wildlife were a real treat, and there are plenty of good places to eat nearby. Our room was large, very clean, and came with a great hot breakfast. Every staff member we met was kind and happy to answer questions. I highly recommend booking here for the good prices and comfortable stay.

The bed arrangement was eventually sorted out, but only after a long, difficult check-in. My friend had reserved a bedroom with two queen beds and was given only one. Betty was checking her in late at night, so I understand she may have been tired, but she didn't need to make the process uncomfortable or difficult. When we asked for help, it took a very long time to decide what to do, and she said there was nothing she could do and no note from her manager. The whole interaction came across as racist and as an unwillingness to help. I'm not sure we'll use this hotel again if staff treat certain kinds of customers this way.

For a motel in this class, we expected less, but the rooms really surpassed our expectations. They're clean and well kept, the staff are great, and breakfast was very good too, with eggs, sausage, and waffles instead of only dry, cold food. Definitely worth staying.
