The stairs up to reception and breakfast were uneven, and the ground was irregular. I could easily imagine someone losing their footing and getting hurt. The property was conveniently located and exceptionally clean. The in-room fireplace and jetted tub, with complimentary bath salts, felt heavenly. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including cereal, hard-boiled eggs, pre-made waffles, and yogurt. The evening make-your-own s’mores were fun and unusual, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We’re locals who wanted a romantic, relaxing night with a hot tub near RMNP, and the off-season rates were quite reasonable. We booked the Standard King, also called the Petite King, with a king bed, great pillows, an instant-on gas fireplace, and the two-person jetted tub we wanted. We knew the basement room wouldn’t have a mountain view. We live an hour away and see the mountains and RMNP whenever we like, so that wasn’t what we came for. We wanted to visit the Stanley Hotel and Estes Park, then have a relaxing soak together as a senior couple. The room was clean and beautiful, and the location was great. We’ll be back. Peak-season rooms are already sold out, so it looks like we’ll need to settle for a weeknight.

We had a wonderful stay, thank you so much. The staff let us arrive very early, and our clean room had plenty of extra blankets and everything else we needed. The deck view was amazing, and the hot tub and pool were clean and wonderful.

We’re from Loveland and have stayed here twice, enjoying both visits. It’s a great place to glamp and get away from home. The kitchenette is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, a plug-in burner, small appliances, silverware, can and bottle openers, a corkscrew, dishwasher, microwave, mini fridge, and freezer. We usually do a small grocery shop before heading up into the mountains. After a long cold walk around the lake, we especially love having a fireplace and hot tub. On our last visit there were complimentary s’mores one night, and you can also take a DVD or board game back to your room. In winter, it might help to have other media that works over Wi-Fi in case the satellite goes out. I also appreciate simple things like being able to open the windows in building A. It’s a three-minute drive down the hill to Downtown Estes and the walking path around the lake.
