You can tell the proprietors care about guests from the little details: everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had what we needed. We saw just how much they cared when they heard something about our visit in casual conversation and made a generous, unexpected gesture, far beyond what you’d usually get elsewhere. The Courtesy Inn really does live up to its name.

This is my third stay, and each one has been restful, peaceful, and pleasant. I love the clean, vintage feel and the kind, professional staff. I spilled my morning coffee in the lobby, and the night auditor was so nice about cleaning it up. He even had a Swiffer handy. Thanks for a great night’s sleep. I’ll be back!

EMILY is always a great host. Her customer service is immaculate, and she takes care of guests with ease and professionalism. That’s why we keep coming back. The breakfast bar is ready every morning, the coffee is hot, and the rooms are clean and meticulously stocked. See y’all again.

I paid online without any trouble for two rooms, but at check-in the staff demanded a $250 deposit for each one, $500 total, and wouldn’t take cash. It took 10 days to get the deposit back. The bathroom windows had no curtains, and water leaked all over from my mini fridge. The parking lot was empty at 8 pm, but the receptionist refused to move me to another room due to availability. I’d just driven across the country to tour the coast, and this was the worst hotel stay of my two weeks.

The front desk women were so kind, and there’s a burrito spot right around the corner. I was happy with the room too: it had a fridge, freezer, microwave, bathtub, Netflix, Prime, and a big comfy chair. From outside, the place gives a different impression, but the inside felt fancier than some hotels I’ve stayed in. There’s also a nearby park with oak trees, squirrels, and a dog park. Very happy camper. 🌯😎👍
