I was doubtful at first because the buildings are older, but I’d now make this my first pick for downtown Eugene. It’s well placed for local events, with coffee shops (there’s no coffee in the room) and restaurants just a few minutes away on foot. The fan/AC did a good job muffling street noise, and having a fridge with a freezer and a microwave helped during my multi-night stay. For a fair price, the cleanliness and comfort went beyond what I expected. The onsite owner-managers were professional and kind, which made the place feel safer.

We liked being able to keep the car and our stuff close by while road-tripping. The small room had everything we needed, and it was thoughtfully arranged. The bed was clean and comfortable. It’s right by the Interstate on a very busy street, though we were still able to walk out for coffee in the morning.

A decent lower priced place if you just need the basics. It’s clean and well kept, and the free parking lot is probably its best feature. There’s no scenic view, pool, or breakfast, and the room lighting is harsh. You do get cable TV, a mini fridge, microwave, dresser, ice machine, Pepsi machine, iron, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, and a bath with a shower. Just remember where you’re staying so you don’t try spending the night at Pappa John’s with your key card.

The staff were really nice. My room was clean, comfortable, and didn’t have any musty smell or other odor. The bed was comfy, and there was a microwave, TV, fridge, iron, and ironing board.

I’ve stayed twice and had a good experience both times. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff friendly. It’s a very quiet little motel in a really convenient spot. I’ll absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Eugene, 10/10.
