Best Western Plus DFW Airport West Euless

The pool is lovely, with a hot tub, and the service was excellent. Rooms were very clean, and it’s close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. I’ll stay here again.

My wife and child were booked here for three days over the summer. My wife found bed bugs, reported them to the front desk, and no one investigated or moved her to another room. She left after the first night and asked the manager to refund us. He told her not to worry and said he would reverse the charges after we disputed them through the third-party service. The refund never came. We’ve tried calling and emailing him many times, but he hasn’t responded. He’s apparently never at the property, and nobody else there can help us.

We arrived late, and Mohamad was so welcoming and helpful at check-in. He gave us five-star service. Breakfast was amazing, and I’d happily stay here again.

This place really needs renovation. We stayed 1/30-2/1 and arrived around 11:30 at night. Check-in was just a card swipe and a signature. Our first room had a window unit blowing cold air all night, with no heat, even though it was 20 degrees outside. The vending and ice areas were completely empty, so we had to go out to buy water and other things. The shower sprayed everywhere and left the bathroom floor soaked. The kick plates on the door and the toilet paper holders were badly rusted. I went to the desk the next morning to ask for another room and apparently interrupted the woman working. She did move us. The new room had heat, but the bathroom was still in the same condition. At checkout, I asked for a bill because I saw an extra $98 charge. The woman offered no explanation, only saying that anything extra would drop off. I’ll update this if it does. It was easy to reach from the airport, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
