Cambria Hotel Euless - DFW Airport South

The hotel had only just opened during our visit, so the little shop wasn’t fully stocked and the airport shuttle wasn’t running yet. Even so, the staff were fantastic, and our stay was comfortable and clean. We’d gladly return if we’re in the area.

I stayed one night and plan to come back for a much longer visit soon. The rooms were very clean and the staff were professional, and I was impressed by the service, especially given that the hotel is new and still getting things in place, from painting and appliances to training the staff. Some people have called the materials cheap, but I can see why certain things, like the stylish desks, are made to be easy and cost effective to replace since they get more wear. The bathroom is well laid out, the beds were comfortable and good quality, and most of all, my room was very clean. I think they’re off to a great start. I’m looking forward to staying again later this week.

Matt made me a delicious breakfast and adjusted it to fit my diet, while Scott patiently drove me to and from the airport and helped me find the shuttle during the busy airport hours. Elizabeth and Cyndia were always available at the desk, with warm smiles and attention to what I needed. Those two went out of their way to help. The whole staff worked together in a way that made me feel a lasting connection I won’t forget. Please let them know that my new friend and I made it, and you’ll be seeing us soon! The lobby and bar are beautiful, the gym is spacious, and my room was incredibly comfortable, like home away from home. The staff made the stay memorable.

My stay has been quiet and peaceful, and the rooms are beautiful and clean. The location is perfect. I really hope management recognizes Ms Elizabeth at the front desk. She was incredibly accommodating and went out of her way to make sure my requests were met.
