Eureka Springs Heritage Motel

The staff were excellent and did everything they could to make our three-night stay enjoyable. Our first room, 117, had badly sunken, uncomfortable beds, and we didn't sleep all night. When we told the front desk, they immediately moved us to the only other open room, and that one was great. The hot tub by the pool wasn't working, so we were glad to get a Jacuzzi room, 202. There's plenty that needs attention in terms of comfort and repairs, but the staff were accommodating and helpful, so five stars for that.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was exactly what we needed. We arrived in the late afternoon and couldn't get through by phone while we were driving. The room we'd seen online wasn't available by the time we got there, but the friendly, efficient, and adorable woman at the desk noticed my card and gave us a military upgrade at no extra charge. Well worth the money!

The room was cozy, simple, and clean, and had everything we needed for a good price. The pool was great, and there were lots of breakfast choices. It's definitely dog friendly. New management and staff are doing a great job. We were very happy to stay here again. Thanks to everyone, and see you next time.

We were able to check in three hours early, which was a big help since we had our pet with us. The staff were great and helpful, and the breakfast was okay, with honey buns, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, juice, and freshly made coffee. We requested a non-smoking room, but ours smelled of cigarettes.
