The Piedmont is a charming historic building from the 1880s, and its location is really convenient. The owners care about how guests are doing and go out of their way to keep you happy throughout your stay. They were very nice and accommodating, and it shows in the effort they put into their work.

We could walk to all the downtown spots we wanted to visit after parking the car, and the location was great. In the Victorian room, we liked having our own entrance. It was clean and cozy when we arrived, and the bed was comfortable. It did sag, which was understandable in a house like this, and I felt it added to the history. Check-out was easy, and the host was attentive and helpful when we called with check-in questions. We'd happily stay again.

The Primrose room was clean, cute, and quaint, with easy access to Main Street. We came for a charming off-season weekend in the heart of Eureka Springs and had a lovely time. There are several flights of stairs, but they're well maintained and have plenty of traction. We'll definitely be back.

The Magnolia Suite suited Eureka Springs so well, with its funky, timeworn architecture and homes. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved spending mornings on the wraparound porch. We could come and go easily, and met other guests in the shared area. I hope to return.

We stayed two nights for the annual VW Parade and got a great view right from the porch, since the route went past the house. We picked Piedmont House for its Spring Street location among the unique homes. Our room was quiet and private, and downtown was close. We could pull up in front to drop off my husband and our luggage. At 76, I decided to take on the stairs, part of Eureka Springs' charm.
