We spent three nights at the Swiss Village Inn, and the room was clean, smelled nice, and had a very clean bathroom and comfortable beds. The whole room and hotel felt comfortable and easy to settle into. Staff were considerate, polite, and friendly when we arrived. Having the trolley right in front of the motel was convenient. We'd recommend it as a good place to stay.

There was no breakfast, and the front desk wasn't staffed around the clock. The man who checked us in was friendly enough, and the bed was okay. The rooms were clean, though I'm not sure how well. Parking was tight and limited in some spots. The place definitely needs updating and maintenance. The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, so we didn't swim. The door was hard to unlock, its knob was so close to the panel that pulling it shut was awkward, and we had to push hard on the door to get the deadbolt to lock from inside.

It's about a mile from the main downtown area, which makes Swiss Village Inn a great place to stay when we visit Eureka Springs. We were there four or five times last year and came back this weekend. We always choose a room with a two-person Jacuzzi, and the staff are consistently friendly and polite. We feel welcome every time.

The Swiss Village Inn is in a great spot, close to everything in Eureka Springs. The staff are friendly, relaxed, and know their stuff. It's a great value and very clean. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is quite old and hasn't been renovated. The air conditioner filters were very dirty, switches were coming loose from the walls, and the water pressure was very low. The front desk staff didn't understand or speak English well. I'll find somewhere else next time.
