The front desk staff were pleasant, and the water pressure and temperature were good. The room itself was dirty, including the walls and door jambs, and the parking lot was filthy with abandoned or inoperable vehicles being used for storage. After a long day working on ladders, I needed a downstairs room because I have one artificial knee and the other needs replacing. I’d reserved and been guaranteed a single downstairs room, but at first the desk said none were available. After looking at his monitor for a couple of minutes, he found a downstairs double instead. I told him that was fine since being downstairs mattered most. The next morning, with the door open and the eastern light coming in, I could see dog hair all over the floor. I had to borrow a broom from the office.

Zero stars. Run, run, run. I killed more than ten bed bugs that burst with blood, one bit my face, and I woke up with a bunch in my clothes. I told the front desk, but they did nothing and didn’t seem to care. No refund, nothing. Yikes. I have all my evidence, photos, and videos and want to post them. I’m planning to sue and take other legal action. See you in court!
