We had a pleasant four day, three night stay, with no complaints besides parking, which I should have expected given the location. We had to use a garage about a block away and pay the overnight rate. It was a bit inconvenient, but only a quarter of what valet would have cost, so worth it. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and housekeeping came each day as requested. I'd stay again, despite the lack of parking accommodations.

The event wrapped up smoothly, and the cleanup was quick enough that our team could leave without a hassle. We hosted more than 300 people at a western-themed gathering at the Hilton Orrington Hotel in Evanston, and the banquet crew handled the sudden rush of arrivals with real ease. Tony, Stephen from setup, and valet attendant Raed were all great at their jobs. Maureen Schoenbauer, the Senior Catering Sales Manager, helped us through the planning, menu choices, and extra touches that made the event feel special. The whole experience exceeded what we expected. For a large event or an overnight visit, the Hilton Orrington in downtown Evanston is an ideal choice. I highly recommend it.

I’ve been coming to Evanston for the annual symposium for several years, and Miss Sofia is a big reason I look forward to returning. She’s the overnight auditor at the Hilton Orrington, and she makes each visit feel memorable. She remembers returning guests, asks about the symposium, and makes the front desk feel welcoming. Even on the overnight shift, she stays upbeat. She handles requests with care and efficiency, notices the little details, and seems to anticipate what guests need. Her warmth and professionalism really stand out. The Hilton Orrington should be proud to have Miss Sofia representing the hotel. Her service has earned my loyalty, and I hope other guests get to experience it too.

The location is fantastic, with plenty to do nearby, especially around the university. The rooms have been neat and very clean each time, and the valet crew is especially kind and efficient, making arrivals and departures easy. I’ve stayed here four times now, and each visit seems better than the last. Everyone on staff is welcoming and attentive. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, and the hotel is very nice in a great central Evanston location. It isn't bargain priced, though. My first room had a door lock that didn't work, so check that everything is working before you get settled.
