The staff were pleasant and efficient, and the included breakfast was nice. Parking is right outside the back door. We were in town for a Christmas visit with our three children, two nearby and one near Aurora, so the location worked well for us. It's also convenient to Ohare car rental. Our room was clean, but the deadbolt had a problem. They responded quickly, and when they couldn't fix it right away, they upgraded us to the connecting suite. We'll definitely return.

Parking was a big plus, and the hotel, location, room, and staff we dealt with were all fantastic. The only small hiccup was that housekeeping barely made up the room while we were there. We stayed four nights and got one minor cleanup in between. I expected more, but it was a minor issue for us. I'm a big fan of the hotel.

We're here with a group of 45 employees, renting a meeting room, and the staff have made the stay and meeting run smoothly. Gina, Lindsay, Victor, Juan, and Fernanda have been terrific with their support, service, and attention to detail. They've gone above and beyond to make sure we're comfortable and looked after. The breakfast is great too. I'm currently staying at the Hyatt in Evanston (1515 Chicago Ave). If you're planning a group meeting, this is the place. Truly outstanding service!

10/10
The rooms are spacious and clean, with a good-sized bathroom, and the staff were polite and accommodating. It's a great value with a pretty good breakfast and a great location. This is definitely better than the other Hyatt Houses I've stayed in.

There are plenty of restaurants and shopping options close by, and the staff were friendly and eager to help. Northwestern University is within easy walking distance. I'll definitely be back.
