Comfort Inn & Suites Snyder

Rose at the front desk was welcoming and polite, and the rest of her staff were fantastic whenever I needed help. Housekeeping did a great job too. The front desk was attentive to what I needed from the start, and everyone was friendly. This has been one of my best hotel stays in years. I’d highly recommend it for the cleanliness and hospitality, and I’ll definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our family of five had plenty of room in the two bedroom family suite. It had a king in one bedroom, plus a queen and pull-out sofa in the main room. At breakfast, the staff checked on us several times, kept the tables clean, and made sure the food was fresh and stocked. We had a great stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Snyder, TX. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. At checkout, the front desk agent chatted with us and asked what we thought of the room, mentioning she loves that particular one. It came across as genuine. We’d absolutely stay again.

The hotel was sold out with work crews, and trucks had taken all the spots near the front. There was supposed to be reserved parking for elite members, but none was available. The room itself was clean and the hotel was one of the nicer ones in the Choice Hotel chain, but the refrigerator didn’t work and water dripped inside from the freezer above. The wall thermostat for the AC didn’t work either.

The staff made the whole reunion weekend go smoothly. They helped with decorations in the meeting room our group used, kept some class yearbooks in the office overnight, and provided breakfast each morning. Snyder High School's class of 1955 held its 70th reunion here and used this hotel as its base. Our clean, spacious room had two queen beds and a hideaway sofa bed, enough for my brother, our father, and me. The only ADA room had already been reserved, but they gave us a shower chair for our bathroom. We don’t get back to Snyder often, but if we do, we’ll choose this hotel again.
