A party in one of the rooms on a weeknight went on well into the early morning. The building's floors were visibly filthy, the whole hotel smelled a bit like urine, and the elevator had what looked like vomit mixed with mud, so I took the stairs. My room ceiling had mold spots and smelled of mildew and stale smoke. I won't return or recommend the place. After the stay, we were charged a $150 fine for smoking in the room, even though we hadn't smoked. I wanted to complain and take pictures, but my sister begged me not to since we weren't staying long.

The room and sheets were clean, and I encountered some of the friendliest employees I've met. A remodel was underway, which the hotel certainly needed. I hope they replace the smoke detectors, since their color shows their age and smoke stains. My guess is it'll be a great place to stay once the work is finished.

The owner had the broken AC replaced with a brand new one without any hassle. It's hard to find that kind of service, so props to them for taking care of it. The room and hotel were clean, smelled wonderful, and the staff were friendly. A walk-in shower would make the room five stars.

We had fun at the pool and hot tub, and breakfast was great. Six of us came for a fun night and booked several rooms, with four people in each. The first room my bestie and I got had an AC that didn't work, so we switched rooms. Other than that, it was great, though the rooms are pretty small and four people is probably the maximum. We had a good time, 8/10.
